Responsibility
we are currently seeking a full time Account Manager to join our award winning team
our client base spans many business sectors, with marketing projects across retail, food and drink, interiors, health and other specialist industries
the position will require the management of our clients' varied digital activities and campaigns
you must be able to intercept, interpret and disseminate important information effectively
you will build up a complete understanding of each client’s business and become an extension of their team whilst managing their needs within the agency
the role involves being the go-to person for all of your clients’ needs and acting as the linchpin of any campaigns for the agency internally, whilst seeking any opportunities for account growth
you will be expected to create, maintain and deliver detailed project plans within budget and on time whilst co-ordinating all internal and external stakeholders
we work a flexible hybrid system - usually one or two days per week in the office and the rest from home. We also operate a 33 hour, 4 day week, so you have a 3 day weekend every week
Requirements
strong communication skills
good understanding of digital marketing strategy
A ‘can do’ attitude and plenty of initiative
the skills to deduce and understand a client's wider business objectives and steer their strategy accordingly
excellent project management skills
experience using and adaptability to various project management tools
A proven track record of building and growing client relationships
A flexible and calm approach to working to tight or changing client deadlines
