Laptop was described by Express Gadgets as excellent condition, on the contrary it was in appalling condition, it was covered in dust deep into the keyboard, LED fault on screen as well as having a smeared screen. I took the lid off and found it was covered in what looked like hundreds of cat hairs. This company should NOT be allowed to sell it's refurbished products on Amazon, it's a disgrace!
