Requirements
- knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and inspire young learners and staff
- drive to create engaging learning experiences for children and staff
- experience working with children in various settings is advantageous
- ability to manage room dynamics effectively while promoting positive interactions with children and staff
- strong background in childcare or nursery settings experience in a lead/management role within an early years setting and experience in working with children with SEND
- promote policy and procedure of the setting and complete observations on practice and learning
- work alongside management and staff to promote the ethos and curriculum intent for the setting
