recruitment coordinator
Responsibility
- fault find to component level on both RF modules and complex CCAs
- support new product introduction and all development build requirements
- production Test Support - Train production test personnel on the theory of operation of L3Harris products
- train Manufacturing Operatives in manufacturing/assembly processes being transferred to the production line
- support test on problems too complex for production tester
- analyse test problems and inform the project test engineer when a design problem exists
- assembly - Performs assembly/test of highly complex assemblies used in military communications
- proactively contribute inputs to process improvement to ensure continuous improvement within the manufacturing function
Requirements
- equivalent Education Level Required ONC/HNC or equivalent and two or more years of formal technical training
- proven relevant technical proficiency either through qualification or equivalent experience and knowledge
- experience Required - Minimum of 2 years applicable technician experience
- fully conversant with designs and detailed engineering drawings prepared to ISO Standards
- knowledge Required - Requires a comprehensive knowledge of electronic products including some mechanical understanding
- proficient with programming and operating both CNC and conventional machine tools
- knowledge of mathematics is required. Requires ability to communicate well with others
- demonstrate the ability to set and check inspection equipment
