Responsibility
- plan & Program a Production Schedule
- ensure all materials are resourced in line with the Production Schedule
- plan and Program a delivery schedule in line with the production program
- develop a fully integrated Production System
- collaborate with the design and manufacture of new product lines
- monitor stock levels and usage
- monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programmes
- organise and monitor Workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
Requirements
- proven experience as a Production Planner
- deep knowledge of industry production management
- understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- IT literacy to deal with various technologies and programmes
- excellent organisational and leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet deadlines
- strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
- the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with the production team, managers, and clients
- production Scheduling: 3 years
