- manage, supervise & monitor quality control covering all production QC activities; to manage improvement in pursuit of best practice
- investigate the causes into customer returned products and in-house non-conforming product
- oversee activities in the company to ensure the requirements of the approved Quality
- management System
- overseeing and maintaining calibration of equipment as per calibration register including identifying expiring dates
- collation, preparation and delivery of key quality information to ensure customer standards are achieved and areas for continuous improvement are identified and reported in accordance with company protocols

- competency with core quality tools and techniques including root cause analysis
