Responsibility

  • proactively propose opportunities to support our sales and marketing processes more effectively
  • manager and optimize the Quote-to-Cash process, utilizing Salesforce CPQ and managing integrations with Qwilr and Docusign
  • technically own and manage integrations/optimize data flows with third-party applications including Outreach, HubSpot and Gainsight
  • proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, Field Trip, and Optimizer
  • review, update, and maintain data structures to ensure cleanly support accurate performance, productivity, and revenue reporting requirements, including white space analysis
  • efficiently manage all requests for support from Evotix’s 150-strong use base, responding to and resolving issues to agreed SLAs
  • prepared to work flexible hours to liaise with our global team
  • own all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, sharing rules
