Responsibility
- this is a busy restaurant located close to Newmarket station with some high-profile clients in attendance
- our client is seeking a regular team of enthusiastic and hard-working Banqueting waiting staff to provide lunch and dinner service in their on-site formal dining room
- greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation

Requirements
- previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- to greet all guests in a warm and courteous manner and to ensure that their needs are met
- take guest orders and serve them promptly and efficiently in line with the catering standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing exceptional guest service
- to set up the restaurant, bars and meeting rooms
