Requirements
- proven experience in developing players at grass-root or academy level
- experience of developing players from either grass-root or academy level
- professional playing experience is desirable but not essential
- experience of playing football professionally
- ability to commit to at least three days of coaching per week
- openness to take feedback and information from the Evolve team to help progress your coaching career to the next level
- strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- attending CPD events throughout the year to push your development as an elite coach
