- work with the accounts department to aide in the resolution of any customer queries or issues with billing
- high levels of IT literacy in Microsoft Applications and other database and/or CRM/accounting systems would be a distinct advantage
- process client orders accurately and promptly
- ensure database functions are completed diligently and accurately

Requirements
- A degree level of education is preferred, but not essential; applicants with previous experience in a similar role and proven competency with working around computer databases will be given equal consideration to those with academic backgrounds during the selection process

- hours: 9am - 5pm or 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday – Overtime Available
- hours: Minimum 4 hours per day, 5 days per week
