- we are seeking an experienced and dedicated IT Manager to join our team and lead our IT Support Services department
- develop and implement IT policies and procedures to support the company's overall goals and objectives
- manage and lead a small team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
- oversee the day-to-day operation of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, and software applications
- collaborate with department heads to identify and prioritise technology needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, evaluating service levels, and ensuring timely resolution of any issues
Requirements
- proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a small to medium-sized company
- strong technical knowledge and expertise in server administration, network infrastructure, system security, and software applications
- demonstrated experience in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures
- excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire the team
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding innovative and practical solutions
- knowledge of current industry trends and emerging technologies, and the ability to apply them to the company's IT infrastructure
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- strong delivery focus, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple pieces of work and meet deadlines
