- access Control: Manage entry and exit points, verifying tickets or credentials, conducting searches, and preventing unauthorized access
Requirements
- valid SIA Door Supervisor License is essential
- valid Spectator Safety Level 2 or above Qualification is essential
- previous experience as a Door Supervisor or in a similar security role is preferred
- excellent observation and surveillance skills to identify potential security risks
- familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV monitoring
- strong communication skills to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- experience in Security at sporting events is preferred, with a strong understanding of crowd management and conflict resolution techniques
- knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to provide basic first aid if necessary
