Responsibility

• monitor and control access to premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter
• conduct security checks and searches of individuals and their belongings
• maintain a visible presence to deter any potential security threats or incidents

• handle difficult or disruptive individuals in a professional and calm manner
• provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
• complete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed records of activities

Requirements

• previous experience as a Door Supervisor or in a similar security role is preferred
• excellent observation and surveillance skills to identify potential security risks
• familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV monitoring

• strong communication skills to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to provide basic first aid if necessary
• ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• understanding of loss prevention techniques and ability to identify suspicious behavior
• good physical fitness and stamina to stand for long periods of time and handle physical confrontations if required
