Requirements
- previous experience as a Door Supervisor or in a similar security role is preferred
- excellent observation and surveillance skills to identify potential security risks
- familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV monitoring
- strong communication skills to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to provide basic first aid if necessary
- ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- understanding of loss prevention techniques and ability to identify suspicious behavior
- good physical fitness and stamina to stand for long periods of time and handle physical confrontations if required
