Responsibility
- drive & grow sales volume & overall performance within the Affiliate marketing channel
- create and implement affiliate strategies for the Euroflorist group
- identify new affiliate partner opportunities to grow our publisher base
- review existing Affiliate setup and lead change for a new commission structure
- hands on, overseeing all day to day activities and optimisation in order to maximise ROI
- yearly affiliate campaign planning for Euroflorist group
- adopt a data driven approach to drive performance within the channel
- peak period planning in collaboration with the wider marketing team
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing & Communications, Economics & Business Administration, or proven experience in an existing role
- strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in online marketing and web analytics
- A bachelor's and/or master's in marketing, Business, Communications or other related fields
- knowledge of brand awareness concepts and measurement
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within Affiliate marketing or a similar field
- self-learner who stays up-to-date on online marketing and eCommerce trends
- A demonstrable ability to maintain and grow relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take unprompted action
