Responsibility
be the first point of contact to all manager level employees
analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement, and develop proactive HR solutions to address them
ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations and stay updated on changes in employment legislation
lead investigations into employee complaints and concerns and recommend appropriate actions to address and resolve issues
foster a positive work environment by promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
collaborate with managers to understand their strategic objectives and partner with them to develop and implement HR initiatives that support these goals
provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and succession planning
support employee engagement and retention efforts, providing coaching and feedback to managers to drive a positive and inclusive culture
Requirements
demonstrated expertise in HR best practices, with experience in implementing and updating policies, and understanding employment law
proven ability to build strong relationships, with stakeholders at manager level
excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making
ability to handle confidential and sensitive information, with integrity and discretion
change management. Demonstrable track record in change management
bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
