Responsibility
- be the first point of contact to all manager level employees
- analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement, and develop proactive HR solutions to address them
- ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations and stay updated on changes in employment legislation
- lead investigations into employee complaints and concerns and recommend appropriate actions to address and resolve issues
- foster a positive work environment by promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- collaborate with managers to understand their strategic objectives and partner with them to develop and implement HR initiatives that support these goals
- provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and succession planning
- support employee engagement and retention efforts, providing coaching and feedback to managers to drive a positive and inclusive culture
Requirements
- demonstrated expertise in HR best practices, with experience in implementing and updating policies, and understanding employment law
- proven ability to build strong relationships, with stakeholders at manager level
- excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making
- ability to handle confidential and sensitive information, with integrity and discretion
- change management. Demonstrable track record in change management
- bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification is a plus
