- ethos Facilities have vast experience in domestic and commercial maintenance and facilities management and also undertake refurbishment projects
- this opportunity is to work for a forward-thinking business that offers sustainable quality solutions to a multitude of projects
- ethos Facilities provide a full and comprehensive range of property facilities management, building services, repairs and maintenance to high end residential and commercial clients across London and the South East
- the Health, Safety and Environmental Assistant will provide ongoing health and safety support to site-based operations, including the production of health and safety plans, training and quality control, risk assessments and method statements
- working closely with our teams, you will champion HSEQ initiatives monitoring site safety performance ensuring compliance with ISO45001 Safety, Quality and Environment Management systems, company policies and procedures
- you will be closely involved with the delivery of Health & Safety Services on site, ensuring they comply with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001 standards throughout
- support the company induction process, rolling out training to new starters
- prepare and provide advice on all safety matters
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- NEBOSH general certificate, or equivalent
- first aid training
