ET PAYROLL is looking for employees for positions:
- proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero is essential
- strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles
- excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry
- ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
- good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with team members and external stakeholders
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new systems or processes
- accounting: 1 year
- developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
- verifying the accuracy of business accounts and alerting the Accountant of errors
- helping the Accountant with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts
- preparing employee wages
- maintaining communication across departments and with our clients
