Requirements
- excellent IT skills and a willingness to build/improve/manage the IT-based Resource Management system
- excellent time-keeping, time management, and resource planning should be a core skill for the person undertaking this role
- basic understanding of HR requirements in relation to crew
- ability to read, understand, and collate any required information from the project-based schedules and programs
- excellent personal presentation, setting an example across the organization
- excellent interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with multiple crew members, both employed and self-employed, with a strong character able to manage crew issues when required
- experience in working on mid-level strategic planning of a Crew Logistics Department to drive improvements and efficiency, reporting to director-level line management
Responsibility
- work with HR to actively recruit new crew members, conducting interviews for required roles and providing input into expected codes of conduct
