Requirements
- minimum 3 years’ experience working in a fast paced HR operational environment at HR Officer level or above
- proven track record in project identification, set up and delivery
- flexible approach with the ability to manage relationships effectively
- experienced in the management of Employee Relations casework
- working knowledge of practical application of UK employment laws
- must demonstrate the ability to be confidential treating issues with sensitivity and discretion
- high attention to detail
- proficient in use of Workday
Responsibility
- concentrate on specific HR projects and implementation as directed by HR Business Partner
- ensure HR processes are documented in Quality System in line with quality standards
- liaise with key stakeholders regarding content, process and delivery
- provide generalist HR operational support as required
