Responsibility

  • support the development of project documentation
  • attend all relevant meetings to take minutes and ensure actions are captured and minutes distributed in a timely manner
  • support the Project Manager in establishing a clear project reporting cycle and monitoring of project milestones and deliverables/ progress
  • engagement with relevant stakeholders
  • ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • support the Project Manager with appropriate QA processes, risk management, and implementing mitigating actions
  • have responsibility for project documentation ensuring it is regularly updated
  • preparation of project documentation and programme updates
