• undertaking any other duties as reasonably requested by the manager or supervisor
• working with the Technical Sales Manager you will be responsible for the end to end customer experience, handling all incoming calls and emails and welcoming customers into the shop
• you will work closely with the Technical Sales Manager and Trade Sales Manager to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner
• complete all the necessary administration in relation to the sales processes
• is down-to-earth, our customers don’t want to hear corporate jargon and neither do we
