Responsibility
- support the business through order processing, customer communication and internal communication

- develop other members of City Plumbing with renewable and energy efficiency product knowledge
- coordinate and manage training events through the centre for both internal colleagues and external customers
- own and Drive Sales in the Solar Category at every opportunity and customer interaction
- to provide consistent and considered communication throughout our internal and external customer network, which always positively promotes the Energy Efficiency business, our offer and how we add value
- take ownership and manage the customer experience, ensure that all quotations, when raised, are followed-up and manage all customer queries in a timely manner
- this is a hybrid-based opportunity with true flexibility to work from home, but you should be within commutable distance of our offices in Chorley, Lancashire

Requirements
- previous experience working within an Administrative or Sales role
- previous experience working within an Administrative, Data or Sales role would be beneficial
- previous experience in Order Processing
