Responsibility
- plan, publicise and recruit to projects as directed by your line manager
- record activities through a variety of media including written, photos and videos
- organise the preparation of snacks and drinks, ensuring that food hygiene standards are adhered to
- monitor and ensure that project expenses remain within the agreed budget
- notice and acknowledge accomplishments and achievements and celebrate these with the participants
