Responsibility
- ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to
- ensures vehicles meet the requirements of the Road Traffic Act and company requirements
- have full operational control of a branch, managing and motivating staff, recruitment, training & development of branch staff in conjunction with all company policies and employment laws, and ensure relevant HR procedures are followed
- develop personal skills and capability through on-going training, as provided by the company or elsewhere subject to Company approval
- assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- manage and motivate staff, recruit staff, train and develop staff, according to company policies and employment laws, and ensure relevant HR procedures are followed
Requirements
- proven knowledge of commercial truck and trailer parts
- good telephone manner
- working knowledge of health and safety
- computer literate
- excellent organisational skills
- supervisory/managerial experience
- ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- truck and Trailer parts: 1 year
