Responsibility
- empowerhouse, a reputable semi-independent supported housing organisation in London, has an immediate opening for a Registered Service Manager
- this is an exciting opportunity to be part of our dynamic team during a period of significant growth
- oversee the day-to-day operations and service delivery of all our provisions
- manage and provide guidance to up to 10 teams, ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration
- ensure the implementation and adherence to support plans for 60 young people
- maintain and enhance housing management procedures to ensure a safe and supportive environment
- foster a positive and empowering culture within the organisation
- collaborate with key stakeholders, including local authorities and community partners
Requirements
- previous experience in a managerial role, ideally overseeing multiple teams
- strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by young people in a supported housing setting
- excellent organisational and communication skills
- ability to prioritise tasks, manage resources effectively, and meet deadlines
- passion for empowering young people and helping them achieve their full potential
- knowledge of housing management regulations and best practices
- clear driving license and access to own vehicle
