Requirements

relevant qualifications in healthcare management - level 5 highly desirable
experience in a leadership role, either as a Care Manager or Deputy Manager seeking their next role
strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and leadership skills
in-depth knowledge of CQC regulations
proven experience in business development, preferably within the health sector
knowledge of Home Care and Supported Living is desirable
ability to meet and exceed sales targets
care Manager or Senior within Care Sector: 1 year
