Responsibility
- you will help train and supervise care staff in all aspects of their work through direct teaching and by example
- assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the organisation
- provide support and guidance to staff members
- our client is seeking talented and caring individuals to continue their career in Health and Social Care as a Deputy Manger making a different to the lives of their service users
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- as a Deputy Manager you will assist in managing operations in order to meet, or exceed targets whilst ensuring high quality care is delivered at all times
- assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve organisational goals
- you will be responsible for the management of staff and are expected to take over full management in the absence of the Registered Care Manager
Education
- diploma of Higher Education
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role
- strong leadership and management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of medication administration protocols and procedures
- financial acumen and experience with budgeting
- familiarity with social work practices and principles
