Responsibility
- providing an efficient, friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries by telephone, email and in person
- supporting our team of Financial Advisers with research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives
- analysing client data and preparing cash flow analysis
- researching products to support recommendations, execute due diligence investigations e.g. VCTs, EIS, DFM company, Wrap platform
- create illustrations & key facts documents for recommended products
- ensure client meeting reports are fully completed
- transacting complex client investments and ensuring that deals are carried out in line with instructions
- effectively handle or escalate where appropriate any generic client queries on topics such as investments, pensions and IHT mitigation
