Responsibility
- develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives
- create quotes and generate invoices once jobs completed
- conduct site surveys and relay information back to the design and install teams
- analyse market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- collaborate with in house design team to create accurate and striking visuals to present back to clients
- communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns
- prepare and present reports on account status, sales performance, and strategic recommendations
- assist the MD in sales and marketing strategies
Requirements
- proven experience in account management or a similar role within a sales environment
- excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- account management: 3 years
