Responsibility

  • we are recruiting an Office Administrator/receptionist to join our team for a maternity cover contract of 1 year
  • the main duties of the role will be
  • answering incoming calls, transferring internally, and greeting visitors at reception
  • stationary and general office orders
  • invoice and Purchase Order verification to include system updates
  • providing support to Sales Team with lead handling administration
  • customer Satisfaction Survey support and data capture
  • email management for group inbox

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • customer service: 1 year
  • administrative experience: 1 year
