They advertised the item on Facebook claiming it was unique, would save you money and was not available on eBay or Amazon. I was foolish enough to believe this and ordered one for £34.95.
When I received the item I checked on eBay and you could buy TWO including postage for £8.50 so that's £4.25 each.
Rip off merchants !
Also I have a smart meter which shows real time usage and when the device plugged in no change at all !

Total con,, got sucked in and ordered a couple..not realising it was from China, tried to cancel, …e.mail was a dud, no replies received…eventually got an address in USA and was advised or return…..returned at cost£££. Turned out the address was empty and eventually got useless item returned…it’s a plug with a wire that gives a glow when plugged it…does nothing…fortunately with help from bank managed to get m key refunded

In my experience NO they are impossible to communicate with. I got stung for £39.98.
Today I finally received my power saver which I was debited for on the 4th June. However I was debited for TWO power savers. I have emailed 3 times to ask WHY but to date have not received any response, not even an acknowledgment. I also queried a strange email I received from a different company acknowledging my purchase, which was a total mystery and perhaps a company scamming Electrasavvy. Very disappointed so hope this one gadget will do as they advertise.
I saw a gizmo advertised by Electrasavvy and tried to buy it. On the ‘buy now’ button nothing happened, so I tried again. Eventually I was told that my card had been declined..
When I checked my internet banking I saw that 4 payments had been taken. If my card was declined how did that happen?
That does seem odd, a declined card usually means no transactions go through. Have you tried contacting Electrasavvy's customer services to enquire about this discrepancy?
It's a waste of time emailing to their support service. They don't reply regardless of how many times you try to get help. I was charged for two of their units when I only ordered one. I asked for help to use the thing but no reply.
Paid $64+ e@ch then found our local (deleted by the administrator)in NZ sells them for $14 +
It’s a scam and a fraud. That’s why it said declined when it had actually taken the money.
Is ELECTRASAVVY a trustworthy company?
It seems to be a scam. They lifted more than £150 from my account and then told me that my card had been declined.
My card is now blocked, and I’m running around to the fraud people trying to get me money returned.
DON’T GIVE THEM A CHANCE!
I have already shared my experience, ie no reply to 3 emails and I was charged for two gadgets!
No they are definitely not trustworthy or customer friendly.
