Responsibility

  • liasing with the office and co-ordinating the engineers for the daily jobs
  • picking parts and organising vehicles for the engineers to get them out on the road on time each day
  • monitoring engineers productivity against times planned and updating the office and customers accordingly
  • being the first point of contact for any issues the engineers report
  • maintaining a safe and tidy workshop at all times
  • monitoring consumable levels in the workshop and vans and placing orders accordingly
  • when the occasion demands, assist with faults and small installs
  • monitoring stock levels of materials, maintaining accurate stock records
