Requirements
- proven experience as a Door Supervisor or in a similar security role
- knowledge of loss prevention techniques and procedures
- familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance equipment
- first aid certification is preferred
- strong observational and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
