Responsibility
- you will be our customers first contact, taking telephone and email logs of vehicle breakdowns or a repairer’s query
- record, process and accurately deal with jobs that are received from customers using our bespoke web-based platform
- allocate and deploy resources and suppliers to pre-booked and live tasks in-line
- liaise with workshops to book work with them
- you will need to understand, priorities and identify services which are classed as warranty, damage, and or recharge
Requirements

- previous Supervisory experience
- are you customer-service orientated, with a positive professional manner
- the ability to assess data quickly and accurately process
- excellent communication is essential
- good IT skills
- as an Operations Centre Supervisor , your role is integral, responding to calls from our customers who could have broken down at the roadside, they may have a none urgent defect to report or have a general enquiry
- it’s down to our Operations teams to quickly and effectively deal with the call and deploy the resources to meet our customer needs
