- the Care Home itself is registered for a maximum of 75 residents and is fairly new with having opened in 2019
- working closely with the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home
- assist with and put together the rota and staff management
- inspire and lead a team of passionate, committed and skilled care professionals
- edenvale Recruitment are currently hiring for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our clients team at a Care Home in Flitwick
- maintaining adequate management records through effective documentation
- this luxury Care Home has lots of facilities for the residents including a number of lounges, terraces and dining rooms, as well as a cinema room, hair salon, spa treatment room and much more
- deliver 24-hour personalised residential, nursing and dementia care
