Responsibility
- infrastructure Engineer - Inside IR35
- support the deployment phase of a global windows project
- management of Virtualised Server infrastructure
- support for the company's own core infrastructure, including Hyper-V, MS-Stack, Cisco networking and communication systems
- 2nd line support for the company's own core infrastructure, including Hyper-V, MS-Stack, Cisco networking and communication systems
- documentation and basic project management duties
- you will also be responsible for life cycle planning and continuous service improvement of IT infrastructure
- dealing with 2nd/3rd line support issues in a professional, courteous manner over the phone and via email
Requirements
- exchange Server
- strong understanding of Active Directory - Domains and Group Policy
- experience as a Microsoft Cloud Operations Engineer
- server support and maintenance
- comfortable with PowerShell scripting
- strong operational skills and mindset
- storage provision
- microsoft Server 2012 to 2019
