Requirements
- must be able to demonstrate at least 3 years experience managing a team
- ILM Level 3 Principles in Leadership and Management, or equivalent
- health and Safety Certificate
- must demonstrate having knowledge and experience of working with SOPs
- food Safety Level 2
- managing a team: 3 years
- must be able to demonstrate an understanding of what good customer service looks like and can deal with customer complaints including resolution
- must know and understand the key elements of making a workplace and site safe and legal. As well as having dealt with maintenance responsibilities previously
Responsibility
- ensure that the store is ready for trading at the start of every opening/ evening shift
- all faults, damages, freezer, site issues reported to the Retail Store Manager
- manage stock rotations, replenishment and displays
- task the labelling and pricing of products as requested from Store Support
- ensure that employees are fully trained in all Standard Operating Procedures and that this is recorded, monitored and updated as and when required
- manage poor performance of individual employees, providing feedback on day to day basis and formally taking them through a performance improvement plan or disciplinary
- ensure that our company values are promoted on a day to day basis in our stores through employees behaviours
