We recently signed a contract for loft insulation and a few roof tiles fixing.
Within a few days, the insulation was completed, but they cannot fix the roof tiles. They say that's too much work. I haven't even had my 14 day cooling off period. Can I re-negotiate the price?

Company contacted elderly vulnerable gentleman and persuaded him to buy an invertor at cost of £4000. Totally over priced. Company employing an individual who had contacted same elderly gentleman a couple of years earlier and took £4000 from him in cheque form - contract was cancelled but money never returned.

Bad customer service, especially that male sales representative, I will recommend they go for a female sales representative instead.

The team was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of the different roofing options available, including eco-friendly materials that would help save on energy costs. They answered all my questions without pushing unnecessary services.

Is this company working with the government

This company 'sold' a roofing product to my elderly, vulnerable relative which she did not need, for a cost of over £3k. My relative had no capacity to consent. Within 24 hours of a contract being signed, they had banked the cheque deposit and had sent two men to the house to 'do the work'.
