My partner purchased a car from Vale Autos in May 2025. Within days, a mechanic confirmed the dual mass flywheel was significantly worn and likely to fail. We contacted the seller well within the 30-day legal rejection period under the Consumer Rights Act, but he refused to refund or repair the car and became increasingly unreasonable. We are now pursuing legal action. This has caused our family a lot of stress, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same experience.
