Requirements
- core domestic gas qualifications
- HTR1 , LPG, CKR1 preferred but not essential
- proven experience in domestic gas operations and experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- in-depth knowledge of domestic gas systems, appliances, and safety regulations and extensive wiring knowledge
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- management: 1 year
Responsibility
- oversee the daily operations of multiple contracts. including installation of smart thermostats, maintenance, and repairs of gas central heating systems
- coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to optimise service delivery and respond to customer inquiries promptly. Be on hand to deliver technical assistance to both office and field staff
- collaborate with Clients to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment
- identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- ensure that all gas-related activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards
- implement and enforce safety protocols to minimise risks and accidents
- implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of service
