Responsibility

• oversee the daily operations of multiple contracts. including installation of smart thermostats, maintenance, and repairs of gas central heating systems
• coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to optimise service delivery and respond to customer inquiries promptly. Be on hand to deliver technical assistance to both office and field staff
• collaborate with Clients to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment

• conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
• ensure that all gas-related activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards
• implement and enforce safety protocols to minimise risks and accidents
• implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of service

Requirements

• core domestic gas qualifications
• HTR1 , LPG, CKR1 preferred but not essential
• proven experience in domestic gas operations and experience in a supervisory or managerial role

• strong leadership and communication skills
• ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
