Responsibility
- to attend monthly Line Management/Supervision
- to contribute to the continued evaluation of patients’ progress as a member of the clinical team
- to use/develop clinical skills to evaluate patient progress, including the recording of accurate notes in patient file
- to conduct basic risk assessments and provide appropriate reports
- to demonstrate confidence in reporting regularly on patient progress and non-clinical incidents
- to maintain confidentiality according to Echo’s policy and procedures
- to be able to work without direct supervision, but under the direction of the Occupational Therapist, in a variety of settings, e.g. care home, carrying out delegated treatment plans as instructed
- to deal sensitively with service users/patients who may display distress, anxiety and aggression
