Responsibility
- we are seeking to appoint a Lettings & Property Manager to join our portfolio management team
- easton Housing is a private housing provider based in Dundonald, Ayrshire
- it is part of the Easton Group, a family-run property and investment company
- we have been established for 50 years, and our residential property portfolio includes approximately 300 homes
- managing a residential portfolio of 300 properties and being the main point of contact for tenants during the tenancy
- the ideal candidate will be well organised and be able to self-manage with daily tasks
- organising and carrying out viewings for potential tenants and building relationships to better know residents from the start of tenancy
- undertaking routine inspections and presenting detailed reports upon completion
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- strong verbal and written communications skills
- excellent team player with the ability to work autonomously
- full UK drivers’ licence is essential
- A CIH level 3 Certificate in letting and managing residential property is desired, but not essential
