Requirements
- previous experience working as a baker or in a similar role preferred
- knowledge of food preparation techniques and baking principles
- ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- culinary or baking certification is a plus
