  • as a caretaker, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our storage facility
  • this is a part-time position with variable hours and flexible scheduling
  • your primary tasks will involve conducting regular checks of storage units, overseeing move-outs, performing housekeeping duties, handling customer inquiries, and addressing any facility-related issues
  • perform weekly fire alarm testing in accordance with safety regulations
