workshop supervisor
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- you are responsible for accurately diagnosing faults, servicing and breakdowns of machinery within our dedicated Workshop Facility
- planning work flow for workshop engineers, booking in new machinery, providing technical support
- role: Due to continued growth and expansion we are hiring a workshop supervisor
- you are expected to work independently, in a safe manner and be a good communicator with internal colleagues
- 5+ years Materials Handling Equipment or Agricultural experience required
- eastern are actively recruiting a Workshop Supervisor who will report to the Service Manager and will ideally have experience working within the materials handling equipment
- LOLER certification preferred, if not 5+ years within a MHE or Agricultural background
- A typical day will consist of working on both customer and company owned machines to ensure they are in full working order
Requirements
- background from within Materials Handling or Agricultural
- previous experience and qualifications from a similar role
- experience working on mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
- good attitude with the ability to stay motivated
- A methodical focused approach
- loler trained
- mechanical knowledge: 5 years
