- responsible for all procedures and processes to be in place, ensuring the practice meets CQC and legislative guidelines
- manage a full team of employed colleagues and support and offer direction for self-employed clinicians
- we are looking for an experienced dental Practice Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and developing two small dental practices, one based in King's Cross and another in Finchley Central
- ensure staff comply with policies and procedures
- drive performance by delivering objectives relating to KPI's and cost management
- proactively promote your practice to drive patient numbers
