- provide regular progress updates to both tenants and landlords regarding the status of maintenance and repair jobs
- conduct property inspections to assess condition, document findings, and address any issues that arise
- ensure all gas and electrical safety checks are organized and up-to-date, maintaining accurate records for all properties
- ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and keep properties up-to-date with required compliance measures
- oversee contractor work to ensure repairs and maintenance meet required standards before final approval
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the lettings industry
- full UK driving license
- excellent customer service and organizational skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
