Responsibility
- oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness
- handling payroll and basic accounting tasks
- coordinate communication with our customers
- managing day-to-day office administration
- supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and training as needed
- supporting various business operations as needed
- maintain accurate records using Xero accounting software in order to produce weekly and monthly management accounts
Requirements
- proven experience in a similar administrative/ management role
- strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software is essential
- experience in team management and supervising staff is advantageous
