Responsibility
- deputy Manager Role
- to work under the direction of the managers and deputize for them as and when required
- our team is looking for a new Deputy Manager for our nursery in Ilford
- the deputy manager is responsible to the managers
- assist in the leading and implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and any other legal/statutory frameworks
- we offer a salary of up to £16500 per annum, based on 30 hours per week, term time only
- to direct and support staff as agreed by the nursery manager
- to ensure that all Ofsted legal requirements are met
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- level 3 Childcare qualification
- 5 years of experience in an Early Years Setting
- A valid Paediatric First Aid qualification
- experience with children aged 0 - 5 years old
- ideally experience in a Montessori Nursery
- nursery: 3 years
