Responsibility
- perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment, including forklifts, conveyor systems, and packing machines
- diagnose and repair any issues with warehouse machinery and equipment
- conduct regular inspections of the warehouse’s physical infrastructure
- ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
- keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
- respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests
- collaborate with warehouse staff to identify areas in need of improvement or repair
- stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in warehouse maintenance
Requirements
- proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting
- strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- excellent problem-solving skills
- good physical condition and strength
- A team player with strong communication skills
- technical certification or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance
- minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, ideally in a setting similar to a warehouse or distribution center
