- carry out planned preventative building maintenance in line with set programmes
- interpret and work from all instructions, drawings and specifications assisting where needed in other trades
- assist with moving of furniture, set up and events
- perform a wide range of the work of other craftspeople as necessary
- have an understanding and comply with all relevant Health, Safety, Legislative and Standard documentation
- attend training events as and when required
- some out of normal hours working is necessary for which a time In lieu scheme is used
- carry out a variety of planned and reactive building maintenance tasks, which will be varied in nature and will include general plumbing, joinery, tiling, painting, paving, gardening and grounds works
